Training Camps and Secret Training

I turned off secret training and training camps both seasons i made my league but it keeps leaving them on once i create the league which means ive wasted a total 560 credits on leagues we dont actually want. Is there anyway to fix this?

I'm sorry but nothing can be done about it unless you can provide us proof that you set all settings right (full screen with manager name, time and date stamp.) Because it looks like you've picked wrong settings by mistake.
