Problem with coins bought and no answer.

    Hello, i'm from Argentina. I've bought 48 coins 2 or 3 times throught my cellphone account which were supposed to cost 14AR$ Argentinan pesos each and received a payment made on my credit card of U$S175. I need a solution for it, i've sent an email to spanish support service and had no answer. I want to know a solution for this or i'm gonna have to take correspondant legal actions.
