Are the teams outside the league you play in managed by other players ? I just started my first season of OSM and I`m kinda curious about that .

Nope, the only league where you get in touch with other managers is your own league. Your league is independent from other leagues and players on the transfer list from othre leagues are being sold by the 'computer'.
