Training Camp - Legit question.

Hello guys,

I've read all the topics containing the keywords "Training Camp" and I still can't understand what's the real impact of training camp.

Some people say it's just 25% boost on the Moral.
Some say it's 25% more chance to win the game.
Some say it's also related with Moral and Condition of the players.

The game itself says "Give you team a 25% improvement for the next game" but when you click "GO" it says: "You want to give more moral to your squad for the next game?".

So, I am really confused and I would like to understand the real meaning of the training camp?

Any help is appreciated.
