Hi,
I have many unactive managers in my league.
why they are not replaced in a new one ?? can i approach my league administrator??
you can'y buy from them players and all the teams are in bad position.
the league is much less competitive (they manage teams with low objective number).

If the league has a human league moderator, sure you can contact him.
He's able to kick inactive managers, but remember he doesn't have to do that if he doesn't want to do it.By the way it's possible to negotiate with CPU teams.
