help guy cheating in my league and 3 others that he is in

i have a guy using more than 1 account in my league i already reported him 2 days ago and he still playing like nothing happens he does that in his 4 leagues can someone do something like wtf yesterday he selled a player from his team value 25 millions for 64 millions... help
