Normally, league will be created during morning. Don't worry about it, as soon as leagues are created, i will let you know

I think every league name is with WC 2017. All moderators must change in OSM WC 2018 Lxx R1. xx = number of group.

League was created 3 hours ago. why we didn't receive invitations and boskovice is not giving us accept to join the league??

@scorzinho Perhaps he could not send invitations. There is nobody entered in this league except the moderator that is automatically set.
