I have several questions about the negotiations.

If I make an offer to a CPU, how long does it take them to response?
I made an offer to a CPU for about 10mio for a player whose value is about 6mio. Do they even accept offers?

If I have a budget of 10mio. And I negotiate with 2 players and I bid for both 6mio. What happens if they both accept my offer?

• Usually, they respond at the next transfer cycle
• Yes, they do
• Both offers cannot be accepted if you don't have enough club funds to cover them. Only one offer can be accepted.
