I only have 7.180 points on my slot 2 and 13.020(7180+5840)

Also on my slot 1 the points have not been added and my ranking is not updated.

Is this is a general problem?

Mate, this has nothing to do with this topic.
Hopefully, when the crew update go live all manager points shown on the crew profile page will be accurate.
