Then choose start crew http://prntscr.com/dc3t0e
Fill everything in and your crew is set http://prntscr.com/dc3tfl
The only thing that you then need to do is to invite more managers into your crew, because you need at least 6 managers otherwise the crew will be removed after 7 days.
