About continuing a league?

Hello lads. Me and my friends we have just finished our league in England and we have choose to continue it in Italy which starts tomorrow, but my question is, how can I forbid managers who were in last league to take a new team tomorrow without requesting it to me? Is it possible or not? Because I have plan 2-3 managers to be out of my new league. I need everyone who will take a team tomorrow to be invited by me, not having access because they were in last league. I hope you will understand what I'm asking. Bye

Sorry that's not possible. Every manager from last season will have access to the league, unfortunately.
