I reported a cheater, but activation mail which is supposed to be sent to my mail i didn't receive at all. I tried 2 times again, and nothing. Where is the problem?

It's ok, activation mail was sent to my other mail account, so you can delete this topic!

You have to keep in mind that those mails will be sent to the email linked to the account, so for next time you know which email to check
