Time line for player sold out it's long time, for now this issue still not sold out (5 days ago)
I adjust vary of priced from high to low priced it's can't help fix problem

Who's tactic or technique? for sold out player is faster.

Selling players in the transfer list Is random and no one can guarantee when players would get sold or at what price each player gets sold faster. You can only try different techniques to see which one works for you.
