On my MAC it says "chose a club"Other account working fine on both platforms......

With all due respect it's not a bug on two platforms is it? And they wont look at it over Easter.
It's a simple question of finding out if there is any maintenance on my server, have I been locked out for something, are other reporting this?
What information will the template give you that I haven't, or that you wont' find on my profile?

@netvigator This is not something that has been reported before.
Everyone should report bugs using the bug template for a view simple reasons.- All info we need to provide to report the bug is in there and it's clear.
- It's no do able to check every single profile for us, then we would have a daily job only doing that.
Since you won't provide us the template as we asked this topic will be closed.
If you decide to report it the correct way as we expect from every user then you can open a new topic.
