With problems you can come here, but in your case it's about cheating and those need to be reported by our system only and then wait till it's handled.

@hespera I agree with you. I follow right step to stop cheater and wait system but it is a lot of time . The season is near end and cheater win . Please we need fast support for stay trust for game

They have been behind with CR's so in those cases it can be handled later then usual.
