Club deleted (3rd slot) when i entrered the last slot

Today i entered the league Anglia with Southampton.. When i signed for that club , mine other club on league Niederlande ( william II) disappeared.
( Squad/32371961/18)
It shows that i still have the controll of that club ( Tomasonfire12) ,but on my list of clubs isn´t there anymore? Can anyone help me? My firend can´t inviteme again because i am supposedly on that league already.. thanks -

Bug step-by-step Description: I entered a new league by invitation using slot 4 , when i signed for new club , the previous slot 3 /william II ( 32371961) was replaced by the new league/club.
I have only 3 clubs at the moment , however in league 32371961 , william II is stil managed by my account ( Tomasonfire12) and in fact received notifications , after this big , for a selling made for an player.Can you help me please?

It get worse , now the Slot 3 was replaced by a league than i never joined? What the hell is happening?

Receiving an invitation doesn't really say anything, does it?
I mean a detailed explanation. of how you accessed the club slot 4 till the time your slot 4 eventually switched to slot 3 and displaced your previous league. -
@King_Jamiu_10 .15 Wet 20/04/2018 i acepted an invitation to join league 26403453 by João Pedro Basto using slot 4. My slot 4 never opened . Instead my new clube ( southampton) replaced slot 3 , previous occupied by william II ( league 32371961)
One day after , i do know the time slot , my slot 3 was again replaced by a league than i never sing up. ( Equador - Coupe des Nations Mondiales B)
I still receive notications about the 2 leagues that i can´t control , but is still " manage " by me... -

Still not clear enough mate. How can you use slot 4 to accept an invitation if it never opened?

@king_jamiu_10 you tell me... I used slot 4, when i choose the New clube, and finished the lista of transfers of players and trainning etc.. I went to my homepage to see my other clubs.. When i did that, slot 4 was locked, instead, like i already said, my slot 3 was replaced by the New club...

I dont know why this mega bug happened. I Just know since friday i cant play my two leagues with my friends, because of a error by osm. Its very frustrating. You can see on that leagues my name in the list of coaches. But on my perfil i dont have that both clubs..

Putting this together in a clearer and detailed explanation is that you're saying your slot 4 was initially opened then you clicked on it and accessed it. Next you opened the invitation and selected a club added players on transfer list and trained players then you went to your career page and discovered at this point that slot 4 is locked as well as your league and Team switched from the previous ones to the new one you just choosed via invitation.
