No boss coins from offer!

Hi i saw on my phone download William hill and deposit £10 which i did i then waited a week and still no boss coins added i also lost that £10 in the bet i only bet and registered for this offer i then bet another £10 to see if it would do it this time and again nothing that £20 spent now i want these boss coins this aint fair i can send proof of bets ect if needed!
p.s i have already contacted them multiple times with no reply i used the email you provided i have already visited the link and it still says the offer is pending been nearly a month this is crazy i need help no point me emailing them again with no reply!

For Business club offers are responsibly the companies that make the advertisements and not OSM.... there is noting osm can do about that

Being careful aint the problem mate its not getting what was stated i understand if it was me watching a video or one of the free ones but having to bet and deposit £10 and not recieving the stated boss coins aint fair and shouldnt be a maybe in getting those boss coins!
