Match never started!

Hi,
I'm playing in the league "1613905" and 11th matchday never started.
My server is "Hakan". It was the only one that had been about 10% completed with all the other ones at 100%.
Today all the servers have restarted, including mine, but still no game of the 11th matchday took place. We are supposed to be at matchday no. 12
