Can you trade players? Can you make offers to teams from other leagues?

No, you can only make offers for players from teams of the league you are playing...

Hi,

Yes you can trade players through transfer list, negotiations and the scout.

But you can only make offers for players that play in your league.

However, you can use the scout to get you players from other leagues.
