I'm not sure if this is the right place...but I have a suggestion for Match Experience on iOS.
Before the match starts we can see the opponent's lineup, just the 11 players who will play, but we have no idea what's the opponent's formation...
For us who play crew battles it's very important to know...It's hard to explain why, but trust me it's a whole different experience while we watch the match if we know the formation...we kinda know what to expect...
Would be nice if u could do somehing about that...

A suggestion for updating would be to change to make random transfers.

I have a suggestion to bring back psychologist to the game. Especially in fixed squad leagues (like nostalgia leagues) players, who are not involved in matches are demoralized too early. It affects team results in bad way. I think opportunity hiring a psychologist will help to bring back players morale.

Nevertheless , Osm is a highly competitive game ( as was very correctly mentioned already ) and no manager is obligated to share any personal experience or wisdom about it. Whatever we may find on the forums concerning advices & tips around the game is to be considered as a friendly and kind gesture from volunteering fellow managers to whom we are obliged.

And your personal Manager Points have to do with your Osm World ranking and that's it.

In essence, what you are explaining to me is that we're only playing OSM for the fun of it, no real cash as reward for winning managers, right?

If yes, my appeal is that OSM should be taken to the level whereby I benefit some real-life reward (not the coins and points that don't amount to anything in real life, unless they can be converted to buy some gifts for myself in real life, maybe at the end of the season), not just virtual rewards that benefit my squad while I only use up my data for the fun of it.

Yes, I did understand your position now , thank you. And my reply to you is : Real life reward , like real money as a reward for winning a league or beating other managers?
Sorry mate but this ain't happening !
Besides , the free Boss Coins that each manager receives from OSM they do cost real money!

I haven’t been on here in a while, but I have tried to find a women’s football league and I haven’t been able to find one, maybe I missed it?

But if I didn’t miss it, and there isn’t one, I think there should be

The women’s World Cup this year was great imo, and the women’s game is growing in popularity and I’d love to be able to manage a women’s team on here!

Yeah OSM add that feature, mod and staff please, give this idea to Admins, Devs. We dont ask for a lot woman leagues, we ask for something practice, for example one or two woman leagues, domestic leagues or international leagues.

GB would love to see the women's league on osm too, but also a lot of adjustments needs to be made to have the women's league here, so this is something for the future.
