@TUNISIANU
No my friend it is not logic
You want to play friendly it should be home .Away is only when the opponent want to play .. you can't suppose that it is away when you just you who play
Don't agree with your suggestion because it's out of logic

Not sure if I am interpreting this correctly, but the statement "it's out of logic" seems a little rude in my opinion, even with the emoji. I think you could have said "Don't agree with your suggestion is completely realistic" (I am not trying to disrespect your post, just a recommendation ) But anyways, if you want to play a friendly, you should be able to choose if you want it to be home or away, not having to be forced to always test your tactics in the same stadium and environment. I think you should be able to choose where you want to play, home or away, even if the opponent wants to play you or if you wants to play the opponent. Because if no one wants to play you, you will not be able to test your away skills.

@uchenna-a
If no one wants to play against you : it's your problemYou can't force opponent to play against you
You only have responsibility on friendly at home
-
@TUNISIANU There are also users that doesn't like the fact that friendlies can be played automatically, they rather see that they can reject/approve it first.
It's not possible to make everyone happy, so sometimes it's needed to take a middle road.
So in my opinion it should stay the way it is now.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 Thanks
We will wait for what other managers 'will decide about It -
@نااانسي-عجرم Never said it wasn't your problem, I just said that if no one wants to play you, you will never be able to test your away skills. It is your problem if someone doesn't want to play you, unfortunately for me. There definitely is no way to force your opponent to play you, so I agree with that. I still 100% would like to have a choice for where to play your friendly match, home or away in the future.
-
@Acantha I think both the choice of playing home and away and being able to reject or approve a friendly first could be implemented.
For example, as Aston Villa, you could choose to play away against Liverpool, but Liverpool would have to approve your friendly. If they do not want to do the friendly, they can reject it. There could also be a button that could let Liverpool change where they want to play, home or away. There could be an Approve button, a Reject button, and a Change The Stadium and Approve button where Liverpool can make the final decision on where the game will be since Aston Villa wanted to play them. If Liverpool chooses the change stadium button that would also mean they are approving the friendly. This way, both suggestions for OSM could coincide.
-
Remember that you've said this before: Because if no one wants to play you, you will not be able to test your away skills.
That doesn't add up with what you're saying now.
If they implement an rejection feature that still could mean that everyone could reject and you're not able to play friendlies and that's the opposite of what you want to achieve.
-
@Acantha Yea, just like I saw in an earlier post, it would be the manager's fault if no one wants to play them. I only mentioned adding the approve/reject button because you said that there are users that want to reject/approve the friendly, but personally I would not want to have the reject/approve button because of the reason you stated: everyone could reject you and you would not be able to play friendlies. I was just stating the approve/reject button because you brought it up in the discussion of friendlies, so I assumed that you wanted the approve/reject button to be added. So personally I would just like to see the away or home choice added for friendlies.

Hello,
I would suggest a new way to rank managers. Namely, one manager should be ranked according to the sum of all manager points, and not like now one slot - one position on the table, another slot - another position on the table.
-
@Ado-Hackovic Yes love this idea because I think the best managers in the world and country should be based on all their slots instead of 1 success. If you add up all the manager points it actually shows the best complete managers in the world and country by basing ranking off the best whole rounded manager in all 4 slots instead of just the best manager in 1 of 4 slots. The only thing that could be argued for this, in my opinion, is that it would be hard for all the OSM managers in the world's manager points to be added up unless a generator is used for adding up the manager points.
-
@Ado-Hackovic That wouldn't be fair to users that only want to use 1 or a few slots instead of all 4 of them.
Everyone should have a fair chance to get higher on ranking and not only for managers that play with all slots.
-
@uchenna-a I've just brought that up, to show that since this game has a lot of users it has so much different opinions about stuff, suggestions etc,
Sometimes we just should be glad what the game has to offer, because one thing is for sure, it's not possible to keep all users happy.

That's 100% correct and very much true. Every single manager on OSM must have the same chances to try and reach top ranking , even if he/she uses only one Slot.
-
@Acantha So if you only use 1, 2, or 3 slots you're added up manager points can be used for rankings. If you only have one slot, then we would just have to use that one slot for ranking. Hopefully, that won't be a disadvantage for managers that use more than one slot.
-
@uchenna-a Then you might clarify this a bit more? Because there will be always an advantage from users that use more slots over the users that use only 1 slot.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 But couldnt a manager have one place on the table with the slot with the most manager points ?? Its just stupid that one manager has 4 places on the table
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 isn’t like that? Chances are counted per slot not in total. Having one slot would make game not so interesting. So 4 slots 4 chances to gain mp who is interested on that. Playing against strong managers you could never know your rank so you have 4 chances to test your self and this is awesome. 4 times chance to improve your self why not haha.
-
@Acantha I don't see how there would be an advantage for users that use more slots than users that only use 1 slot anymore. Managers using one slot can focus on one slot solely and use their boss coins on that one slot only. Managers using 2-4 slots like me have to pay attention to all of their teams and may not be able to use their boss coins on one slot and have to use them equally for their other slots. So after thinking about it, I personally now think it is the other way around in terms of disadvantage/advantage in OSM right now.
To make there hopefully be no disadvantage/advantage for any type of OSM user, I think adding up manager points for all 4 slots for users using more than one slot would be good for rankings to sort of reward their hard work, and users that use only one slot can be ranked by one slot success and be rewarded for their strong work with one team only.

Hi,
Could I know why my suggestion has been removed from this topic while I was asked to put it here ?
