Is it possible to negotiate players on the tranfer list (for a lower pricethan the listed one) on the pc version? 2 days ago someone was able to make an offer on a listed player but he was prob on the mobile version

Hi,

It's not possible to negotiate a player on the transfer list from the web version. At the moment this can only be done on the App
