OSM points missing ???

Dear all,
I played this game for almost 10 years, and i still don't understand how the ranking points are dristibuted.
In my main account the points are disapearing, yesterday i checked and my account had 39000, today have only 38000 ??? And it's not the first time!
Please anyone can help me understand how this is happen ?
