How do I sell a player

Many managers seem to sell players for £cash + Boss Coins (ie more than 1 boss coin) how is this done please? I need points but can't get enough, without purchasing them of course and I don't want to do that. The Boss Coins from advertisers don't come trough occasionally when you complete a survey, that is poor.
