What happens at the end of a season if you sell your players?

Do you get anything for having more money at the end of a season ?

after you're league has been finished, you need to wait until the next simulation
league and your money will be reset and then you will be able to choose a new team

@Mehmet-Reşat-Nayır i know thats what happens but i was wondering if you get more manager points or something for having lets say 44M in finances at the end or what not

You do not earn extra manager points for having a lot of money at the end of the season....
