Cheat to + 5 accounts ...

Hi everybody !
I already sent a message to report a cheater but the answer did not suit me, since I was told it was not serious. Except in the regulation it is well said that we must have 1 and only account on the game, and if in the worst case we 2 accounts that we should not find our 2 accounts on the same championship, out there in my championship I have a guy who has at least 5 accounts.

That you think someone is cheating does not automatically means that they really are cheating.
So you may not agree with the verdict, but things are checked out before the verdict comes in.
