pc vs phone differences

I am playing on a laptop. My friend plays on his phone, and he said a few weeks a go he got an update, so teams benefit from 6 players of same nationality. As a result, scouts can now look up players of a certain nationality, but on my laptop I can not. Why?

@jalapeno-2015 From what I have heard from friends of mine, the Developers are focussing more on the mobile market, since that market is still on the move, which means that more people tend to play on their phones / tablets, rather than their laptops / computers.

They are basically prioritizing the mobile version above the browser version.

Priority is on the apps, so if or when it will be implemented on web version is not known.
