Spy is bugged

I started a new league and i have the spy bugged always showing as ready as you can see in the photo!

I have the same issue.
Login: acaciadelft
Account: Slot1
Date & Time of the bug: I'm not totally sure when this started, somewhere between one and two weeks ago.
Platform: It doesn't matter if I use an other computer to login or the iOS app.
Bug step-by-step Description: I used the spy once and now the notification won't go away. If I send the spy away to spy on another team the notification will go away but it returns when the spy is ready. Then when the spy has returned it is impossible to get rid of the notification again. -
