Is there any league (besides creating one myself) that I can play without transfers ? even leagues with national teams allow transfers (which is kinda stupid btw) .

@hans-orf Actually, it's the Nostalgian Leagues and the Pokemon League.
@FreakyL1keMe if you also check the league recruit topic you may find managers who have created their own leagues and disabled transfers as well.
