Can't change the profile cover pic?

Hello, I tried changing the profile cover pic because it's very outdated and it is not working. I tried uploading my new one, adjusting it, corpping it but after I click "save" and then after I reload the page it always changes to the default one.

Hi I guess you should make sure the size is right for the the profile cover

I'm using 1350 with 450 pixels.

Make sure the maximum profile cover size is 120 KB

I did, the file size is 106kb, nothing is working. After I refresh the page it just turns back to the old one. It's crazy.
