League without transfers

Hello,
I can't find it on OSM, but who can tell me which Leagues you can't do transfers? Or can someone tell me how i can find it on OSM?

It's not that hard to find
Human league moderators are able to disable transfers on all leagues.
Almost all leagues on special leagues section have disabled transfers except for a few exceptions nations leagues,Champions leagues, Europa leagues and World Cup leagues, 442oons and balkan league.
