Could you implement the crew chat eventually? On every computer and browser it looks like this:

If it looks like that, then it's something at your end.
It looks if something is blocking it, could be adblocker.

If you don't use addblocker or any similar kind of program then try to remove cookies/cache temp files from browser.

Tried on 3 browsers without adblock and with cache cleaned and no luck. Maybe it can caused by proxy/firewall in my job, so I'll try again at home...
