How come the goal/ranking of Leipzig is adjusted from 13 to 10?

Hi @Mr-Cairo_NL, the league support are constantly reviewing and updating leagues. I do not know exactly why the goal was changed, but I assume this is due to some of their players getting improved ratings (due to their great season so far!)
He expanded the definition of 'us', and shrunk the definition of 'them'
