                Hi, sorry but there's nothing that we do for you here.
                When you go to the offerwall there's a missing coins link, you'll have to open a ticket that way.
                That's also the way how they respond to you.

                When you receive such a message then you've rather contacted advertiser by email instead of the missing coin link or you simply contacted wrong partner.
