Error with OSM mobile app on Android

Hello guys,
Usually I play the game on mobile and today I bought 2 players (Alli and Asensio) and payed for them with my google account but it happens to get an error for both of them. I got this text message: "Something went wrong with the transfer of Asensio, please contact our support at en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com"

Can anyone from online support help me with this please? Is very annoying to buy players and to get this kind of errors.
