trainging player and being substitute

I know that a player cant play a match if he is training but i notice that you can still put him out as a substitute. So my question is.. If my keeper for example get injured and my my second kepper is training at the moment... Whats happening ??

Hi,
If you have 2 goalkeepers and 1 is injured, the second keeper will play your next game whether he is being trained or not.
But if there's a third keeper then the third keeper will be in goal.
