Scout fail

Today I send my scout to find a goalkeeper.
I gave as order that he should be young (<25) and his quality should be higher than 90 (90+).
I send him 3 times and paid 16 coins for each one but the goalkeepers I got their rating is all under 90 and they are all older than 25.Please contact me back...
