About the Builder achievement ?

I am trying to complete it whenever I pick up a new team to till end of season. However, I could not complete. I guess, I need to spend Boss Coins about 100. If I spend Boss Coins about this number, I will be complete it, and I will earn 15 Boss Coins.

Am I wrong? Am I missing sth on this?

If is there anyone to be able to complete it without spend Boss Coins, could s/he explain it to me/us?

Builder achievement is about >> Fully expand your stadium...you don't need coins for that, unless you want to do it in sort time...very quickly....if you take a team at preparation days,with many matchdays, then you will be able to complete the stadium till the end of season....
