Scout in Germany

I do not know if in the rest of OSM it will happen, but in the Spanish the German league is not included when searching in the scout, and it seems to me a very important league while later there are even second divisions of other countries. I think they would have to update it.

Due to some league related law, German league is no longer available for us, unless you play on the german version. This also means that you can't sent scout there.
