Achievement - mailman (message via chat)

Hi, just started with OSM. The achievement named 'mailman (send your first message via chat)' won't complete.
I've already sent around 40 messages in chat. I've also joined a crew and typed something in the crew-chat. Somehow the achievement won't unlock.
Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your time.

Hi, welcome to OSM and forums.
It's true you may probably be doing something wrong. The achievement in question can only be earned when you send a message to someone via the game profile, not the chat via forum.
There are two ways you can chat;
- When you go to a managers game profile >> https://prntscr.com/m6hvc9
- When you go to a managers forum profile >> https://prntscr.com/m6hv6p
Using the first one earns you the mailman achievement.

I've sent a few chatmessages via the managers game profile (new chats and existing chats). Now I'll wait to see if the achievement will be marked as completed. If not, I'll get back to you

Platform: both Android App (version 3.4.21.0, Samsung S7 and Android-version 8.0.0) and website (Chrome).

Bug step-by-step Description: I've sent numerous chats via different ways (also via the manager-profile). Somehow the postman-achievement still hasn't unlocked yet.
