Can't log onto OSM

I can't log onto the game since yesterday...HELP!

1. Go to the OSM main page and click "Forgot your manager name or password?"
   .
   

2. Put your e-mail address on that field. Make sure to check your e-mail for your new password (make sure you check the SPAM or JUNK folder too because sometimes the e-mail gets sent there). If you don't receive your e-mail then send an e-mail at En.support@onlinesoccermanager.com explaining that you cannot receive the new password.

Please note: The support team takes up to 72 to a week to respond (from my personal experience).
