Can't find my account

Hello I'm new to this kind of speech so forgive me if I'm not organized

I kept playing this game for almost a month and it was great I was logged in with my Facebook.

Then I had a new phone and when I logged in my Facebook it made me a new account and now I can't go back to my old one.
The thing is I spent so much time on this game and now I gotta start from all over again this is not fair.

I hope support see this and help would be greatly appreciated cause I don't want to start all over again
