I can't found Indonesian Forum

Based on pinned post, if we want to found our native forum we have to login with the specific website name like id.onlinesoccermanager.com and I was do that many times.
I still not able to access Indonesian Forum, even i tried to use keyword "OSM Indonesia Forum" on google and click that source the notification say that my account cannot access Indonesian Forum. When i tried the same way but not login my account i can access Indonesian Forum but as you know as a silent reader.
I costumize my account to make Indonesian Forum as my homepage and i always see that embarrassing notification.
How to fix this?
