I bought Boss Coins, but not in my account. Can you help me?
For this issue you have to contact support by mail

EN.email@example.com - here your message must be in English Language
Your message must be clear and give a very detailed explanation of the problem, what you did, what happened and what error message you received. Also include your manager name and payment receipt/proof of payment (screenshot) in the mail.
