log in problem

I am facing login problem I cannot access my acount with my Android app and also can't access with my laptop it shows we are working on this site. now I can log in only with google chrome from my mobile.
osm apps auto closed after loading 4-5 sec I also tried with different mobile bt same thing happened apps auto closed and didn't signing in.
plz fix the problem.
