Does not receive coin after bought a promo pack

I have bought a promo pack using my usual credit card and receive a Google Play Order Receipt normally. While I submitting it via Android mobile phone, I got a "server error" message and didn't get the coin. After that went to the promo pack again, I got a "You already own this item." message. What should I do, please help.
