How to report a cheater?

Obviously, there is a manager with multiple accounts who does illegal transfers and other illegal stuffs. Before, I could report cheatings so easily but with these new updates, I cannot figure it out. Please help me out.

It's prety simple, the only thing you have to do is going to the managers profile there you will find the button.
