Our League Didnt Start YET?

we are 15 managers in thailand league and waitin the league to start.
32 days past and still we cant play the league.. what can we do with this problem?

If the league is gone I guess problem should be fixed by now.

we made a lot of transfers and developments in that..

I'm afraid so, this was something you should have reported way much earlier before now and when you encountered such a bug as unusual as this you should be careful and cautious with efforts you put into it until GB has intervened in it.

I believe a manager like you that has played this game for 6 years should know that there are no leagues with a month preparation!
