Dimissions and re-invite

Good evening,
A friend of mine created a league but another our friends haven't respected the pacts and has taken a club that I wanted, so I made the same thing and nobody was satisfied of the club he had. Now, if a manager gives dimission, the league's host can in the future re-invite him in the same league and can he enter with another club? Thanks and exscuse my for my terrible English XD -

If someone resign from the league, he can't rejoin in the same league again. He have to wait till the league ends and then he can rejoin with his friends in the next league.
