How long does it usually take to get a e mail back ?
Sorry for bothering u but I haven’t been able to get on for about 2 days now

Hi,

It usually takes 72 hours to respond to mails but there could be delays sometimes when there are too many mails to handle. In this case you have to wait and be patient till you get a reply.
